First Post!

Finally! My first (formal) post. It's been a long since I wanted to start a blog of my own and now it is finally up and running!

My name is Rodrigo Zepeda, I'm a Graphic Design student and style fanatic. Ever since I watched Julie & Julia I wanted to start writing a blog, even though I didn't know what about. Going through several blogs looking for inspiration, I realized the ones I enjoy reading the most are fashion and style blogs. Clothes, colors, trends, photography, magazines, everything about fashion I find it interesting. That's why I thought it was appropriate for this blog to be about what I'm the most passionate about, style.

You might be wondering why I chose Beyond Blank as the name for the blog, well here's a brief explanation. My vision for this blog is for it to be not only about clothes, I plan on sharing several things with you that I hope you'll find interesting to read and maybe try out. After brainstorming for several days (yeah, you read that right, days) with my sister, we came up with the name Beyond Blank because that described perfectly what this blog is, a blank canvas for me to fill up for you with fashion, style, and beyond. So feel free to follow this blog :)

Por fin! Mi primer post (formal). Hace un largo tiempo que he querido empezar un blog y ya puedo decir que esta habilitado!


Mi nombre es Rodrigo Zepeda, soy estudiante de Diseño Gráfico y fanático del estilo. Desde que vi Julie & Julia he querido empezar mi propio blog, a pesar de que no tenía claro de qué podría tratar. Revisando y buscando varios blogs para inspiración, llegué a darme cuenta que los que más disfruto leer y revisar a diario son blogs de moda y estilo. La ropa, colores, tendencias, fotografía, revistas, todo acerca de la moda lo encuentro interesante. Por eso creo apropiado que este blog sea acerca de lo que más me apasiona, el estilo. 


Se preguntarán por qué escogí Beyond Blank como nombre, les comparto una breve explicación. Mi visión para este blog es que no sea únicamente de ropa, tengo pensado compartir acerca de varias cosas que crea que les pueden interesar y incluso las puedan intentar hacer. Después de varios días de brainstorming (sí, leyeron bien, días) con mi hermana, se nos ocurrió Beyond Blank porque eso describe a la perfección lo que es este blog, un lienzo en blanco para que llene para ustedes con moda, estilo y más allá de eso. Así que los invito a seguir este blog :)
